An Adventure for Year 100 Million B.C. That Presupposes... What if Giant Centipede Eggs Were Too Delicious!?

"Wheemskin know eggs. Moon is egg. Hatch stars. World also egg. That another story... Eggs best food. Wheemskin share eggs. Thanks for camp. Still hungry? Hmmm. Know Too-Many-Legs? Live in cave. Body all legs. Long like Bigslow neck. Kill with bite. Very nasty! But lay eggs. Too many eggs. Big as apple. Nothing taste better. Eat so much. Too-Many-Legs live in mountain. Season for eggs. Hatch soon. Maybe one moon? Not for Wheemskin. Too old now. Too slow. You can try. Find cave. Eat best eggs. Die? Maybe die... Die happy though."

Unbeknownst to most, it’s egg-laying season for the old giant centipede in its mountain cave. Such eggs are plentiful and succulent. Few have eaten them and lived to tell the tale, but the wise wanderer Wheemskin, who recently shared your hunting camp, told you of the Cave of Too-Many-Legs, somewhere in the northern mountains, which contains what could be the greatest feast of your nasty, brutish, and short lives.
