This is really fantastic, everything has a lot of character.
Have you thought about making a standalone version divorced from Barkeep on the Borderlands? Almost any campaign could stand to have a pub ready to be dropped in.

I doubt I'd retool this one in particular, since it's so steeped in Keep, but I agree that some ready-made pubs would be a handy thing to have on offer. It might be fun to port some of the P&P NPCs into something more agnostic, though, as I'm quite fond of these weirdos.
